As Real Estate Project Manager, you will take responsibility for hub maintenance and management. You will search for potential hubs for drivers and couriers, a delivery office, and so on in addition to looking for suppliers, purchasing furniture, searching for contractors, monitoring repairs, interacting with contractors opening new offices, and regularly traveling to African countries.
Responsibilities:

• Find locations for driver and courier hubs, a delivery office, and so on
• Inspect locations and prepare viewing reports (photo/video, layout, request for documents for the property and the landlord, checklist)
• Compile viewing reports in the tracker
• Communicate with landlords and vendors
• Find suppliers and purchase furniture
• Find contractors and monitor repairs
• Interact with companies opening new offices
• Take regular business trips to African countries
   

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of French (priority) and English
• Familiarity with how to build systems and processes
• Knowledge of project management
• Ability to work as a team player
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
