Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and libraries.
• Create responsive designs to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for different devices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure website content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for search engines.
• Implement and manage content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Optimize website performance, including page speed and load times.
• Ensure websites are secure and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer & Developer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design and development projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with back-end development languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications or training in web design and development are a plus.
