Director - Clinical Systems - EMEA (Remote)
Hartmann Young is partnered with a global eClinical service provider that offers a range of digital clinical services and products that allows sponsors, patients and providers to collaborate efficiently throughout the clinical trial process.
They are looking for a Director to ensure delivery and development of the clinical systems and work cross functionally to develop and grow capabilities, productivity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a global team accountable for the design, maintenance and support of clinical systems including CDMS, eTMF, CTMS, Clinical Reporting and Pharmacovigilance systems.
• Contribute to the strategic clinical systems roadmap and ensure clinical systems support business processes.
• Identify areas which would benefit from new systems and technology by maintaining awareness of industry trends and GCP regulatory changes and emerging clinical study and RWE approaches.
• Lead delivery of innovative technology to enable clinical studies and analysis while continuously improving operational efficiency.
• Develop business cases for new technologies or changes to existing systems which have a clear return on investment.
• Ensure team is collaborating with business process owners and vendors to identify future enhancements to be included in the product roadmap.

Experience:

• 5+ Years of experience with Clinical Systems
• Experience within a Healthcare Tech/eClinical orgainization
• Previous leadership of a global cross-functional team
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
