Job Title: IT Sales Executive – Freelance (Hybrid)
Location: Douala, Cameroon (preferably already residing in Douala)
Contract Type: Freelance / Independent (Hybrid – remote on-site)
Compensation: Commission-based remuneration, depending on sales performance.
Mission:
We are looking for a dynamic, independent, and results-oriented freelance IT salesperson to develop our client portfolio and promote our range of technological solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, software, infrastructure, etc.). Your primary mission will be to identify new business opportunities, manage the entire sales process, and foster customer loyalty.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and develop a client portfolio in the services, logistics, IT, and production sectors.
- Present and promote the company’s IT solutions and services.
- Negotiate and close commercial contracts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Provide IT support and basic maintenance services to clients when required.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of prospecting and business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on commercial activities and results.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Profile Required:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT, production, or service sectors.
- Solid knowledge in IT support and basic computer maintenance.
- Strong autonomy, results-driven mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and prospecting techniques.
- Must preferably reside in Douala.
