Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities ·
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation
- Help maintain organized and confidential employee records.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and events.
- Aid in preparing HR communications and reports.
- Assist with complying documents for payroll and follow up.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Requirements ·
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills. ·
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ·
- Min Bachelors’ degree (License) Human Resource Management or any related field. ·
- Discreet, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
