Description
We are looking for a charismatic Sales personto lead the marketing of our Pick-up and SUV range. Your goal is to position our vehicles as the primary choice for SMEs, NGOs, and corporate fleet managers who require reliability and prestige.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Fleet Sales: Identify and target logistics companies, transport unions, and construction firms to offer fleet solutions.
SME Prospecting: Build a database of small-to-medium enterprises and agricultural projects requiring rugged 4x4 transport solutions.
Architect Corporate Solutions: Move beyond "one-off" sales. You will design comprehensive fleet packages for NGOs, multinational corporations, and large-scale agricultural projects, becoming their go-to consultant for mobility.
Tender Participation: Assist in preparing technical and financial bids for corporate and government contracts.
After-Sales Liaison: Work with the workshop team to ensure clients understand maintenance schedules for their assets.
Market Analysis: Track competitor pricing and promotions within the Douala automotive hub to maintain CAMCO’s competitive edge.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Education: Minimum of HND (or higher) in Business Management, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of professional sales experience, specifically within the automotive sector.
Language Skills: Absolute fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Cameroon business landscape and a ready-to-use network of corporate contacts.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM reporting systems.
Competencies: * Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and lead by example in a multi-cultural environment.- Deep understanding of technical machinery and the ability to explain complex features to  non-technical clients.
