ZEEGO is a Smart Mobility service provider that offers ride booking, packages delivery, and home-school-home and home-church-home services. The company operates in Limbe and provides transportation services to other areas of the National Territory.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role at ZEEGO in Buea. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, scheduling, customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
- Experience in the transportation industry
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in marketing and sales is a plus
