Description
We are looking for a results-driven Solar Project Manager with proven hands-on experience in solar energy projects. This role requires a strong field-oriented professional capable of managing solar projects from design to commissioning while ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Lead end-to-end solar projects (feasibility, design, procurement, installation, commissioning)
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities
- Supervise on-site execution and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project timelines, budget, and performance
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local regulations
- Report project progress to managements
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar energy projects
- Proven experience managing solar installations (rooftop, mini-grid, or utility-scale)
- Strong on-site project management experience
- Solid understanding of photovoltaic systems (PV, inverters, batteries, grid connection)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with solar design and engineering tools is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
