ACESY is hiring a Customer Service staff to manage customer queries and complaints, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process return. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales. To be successful as a Customer Service staff, you need to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Customer Service Staff Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Complaint Handling, Client Relationship, Business development, Problem Solving, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services, Customer satisfaction, Customer experience.
- Commercial knowledge of IT industry and associated technologies such as the cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, automation, services, outsourcing, open source. Abilities to communicate with impact to various audiences including the technical, business and C-level executive.
- Mandatory requirements: Fluent is both English and French and at least two years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
