Description
The quality coordinator is responsible for the quality of the activities perform on site and of the final product delivered to the
customer, and for the site operations related to mechanical, electrical and interconnection works.
He will proactively evaluate
works performed on site to assess compliance with quality requirements as per project documentation and guide the field team
by supporting the implementation of tools (and developing tools when needed) of the quality management system.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
. Proactively follow progress in the field and do quality inspections using FTQ360 or other quality control tool
• Guide quality inspectors in the field during inspections and verify work is done accurately.
• Evaluate site inspection progression and completeness according to planning stablished.
• Guarantee testing equipment are used properly and its calibrated.
• Establish NCR and punch list and follow up on close-out as construction progresses in coordination with the team leaders and other stakeholders..
• Ensure quality of the work performed at site in coordination with the Project Installation Manager, Project Manager, Quality Manager, and Lead Engineering.
• Daily and weekly reporting on quality issues to the Project Installation Manager and Project Manager.
• Maintain order of quality documentation as per Quality Management Plan and act as the source of best practice on all aspects of Quality Management.
• Provide continuous input towards improvement and optimisation of the activities performed.
• Communicate actively and respectfully with other team members to motivate a positive problem-solving environ ment.
. Support the Quality Manager in any other related matters as and when needed.
• Demonstrate a positive HSSE culture & positive work ethic and set an example to fellow team members & Contractors.

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
. Education in Electrical Engineering
. Education in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is acceptable
. 3-5 years’ experience working on medium to large size PV construction projects or MV/HV Substations
. Strong technical knowledge in area of studies (civil, mechanical, or electrical)
. Experience with the implementation of quality management systems in construction
. Leading teams efficiently in fast-faced environments.
. French: fluent both written and spoken
. English: fluent both written and spoke
