Poste proposé : Sales and Marketing Assistant - Yaoundé
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and bilingual (English/French) Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, demonstrating measurable results, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to support business development.
Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients within the services sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Assist in presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with attention to profitability.
- Track client satisfaction and follow up to ensure high-quality service delivery.
2. Marketing and Promotional Activities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and on-site promotional strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media content).
3. Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales and marketing records, including CRM entries, sales pipelines, and client communications.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing quantitative data such as revenue growth percentages and client acquisition metrics.
- Assist management in developing strategies to increase market share and customer retention.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Sales and Marketing Assistant - Yaoundé
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a service provider industry.
- Demonstrated record of measurable results: percentage growth in sales, revenue gains, or successful campaign outcomes.
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
Technical Skills
- Strong B2B and B2C sales and marketing skills, including prospecting, client acquisition, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the BTP/construction services sector is a strong advantage.
Personal Qualities
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
