Description
The PHARMACY ASSISTANT have the main mission to assist the pharmacist.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Welcome customers and guide them to products that meet their needs;
- Provide information about medications and health products;
- Dispense medications prescribed by the pharmacist;
- Verify prescriptions and ensure their compliance;
- Participate in stock management, including receiving and organizing products; a mastery of stock management is required;
- Conduct regular inventories and report stock shortages;
- Ensure the presentation and promotion of products on the shelves;
- Maintain proper organization of the sales area;
- Keep client records and administrative documents up to date;
- Assist in managing orders and invoices.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Diploma in Pharmacy Assistance or equivalent qualification;
- A minimum of 1 year of experience;
- Knowledge of medications and health products;
- Experience in para-pharmacology is an asset
- Proficiency in computer tools (pharmacy management software);
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Customer service orientation and empathy;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proactivity and initiative;
- Ability to manage stress and emergency situations.
