Salary:200,000 - 250,000 XAF (based on experience)
Main Mission :We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technico-commercial - ITto join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical IT knowledge with proven sales expertise to promote our services, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Main Mission :We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technico-commercial - ITto join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical IT knowledge with proven sales expertise to promote our services, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities :
1- Business Development & Strategy:- Prospect new clients and maintain existing accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and contract signing.
- Develop commercial strategies and action plans to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Conduct tailored technical presentations and demonstrations for prospects/clients.
- Perform detailed analysis of clients' technical and functional needs.
- Design and propose technical architectures (hardware, software, cloud services, security) in collaboration with internal technical teams.
- Prepare detailed and well-argued technical and commercial proposals (specifications, quotes, tenders).
- Stay updated on technological innovations, market trends, and competitor solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the client and technical teams.
- Ensure high-quality post-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project monitoring in coordination with technical project managers.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Required Profile
Education: Min Bachelor's degree +3 (Engineering School, Master's in Computer Science, Business School with IT specialization) or equivalent experience.Experience: Min 5 years of successful experience in a similar role as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or IT Solutions Consultant.
Proven experience in selling complex solutions (e.g., data center infrastructures, hybrid cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, ERP).
Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
- Strong technical background in IT: mastery of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP), network/server infrastructures, and/or cybersecurity.
- Ability to understand and formalize technical architectures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of addressing both technical staff and executives.
- Persuasive and strong negotiation skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Natural curiosity and passion for new technologies.
- Resilience and enthusiasm for commercial challenges.
Working Conditions
- Position based in Yaoundé or Douala with occasional client visits.
- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
