Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and highly trustworthy Finance Manager to lead all financial operations at our new campus. This role is critical for ensuring the fiscal health and integrity of the institution. The ideal candidate will be a professional who upholds the highest standards of transparency and is dedicated to managing all income streams with precision and honesty.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee all financial activities, including income from student fees and other institutional ventures.
Reporting: Prepare and present a comprehensive financial report to the Director every week.
Accounting & Controls: Ensure every financial transaction is accurately recorded, backed by a receipt, and fully transparent.
Budget Management: Work with the Director to effectively manage the institutional budget and monitor all expenditures.
Financial Integrity: Uphold and enforce the highest standards of honesty and accountability in all financial dealings.

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience in a finance or accounting role with a strong background in cash handling and financial reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Personal Attributes: Unwavering integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
