PRESPRINT Plc a company based in Limbe, South West Region announces the following job vacancy: NETWORK ADMININISTRATOR

Academic qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or any other related field

Certification

• CompTIA A+ or a diploma in Computer maintenance
• CCNA and CCNP mandatory.
• Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate or a diploma in network security would be an additional advantage

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 2 years in networking troubleshooting or technical experience in managing Computer Networks.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, He/She will

• Installing and configuring computer networks and systems, make upgrades and repairs as needed.
• Oversee local area network and wide area network.
• Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems
• Consulting with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions
• Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete
• Monitoring computer networks and systems by collecting and analyzing data to identify how performance can be optimized.
• Working with IT support personnel
• Train users on hardware and software.
• Providing network administration and support, , as well as respond to after-hours emergencies when needed
• Communicate and document all network related issues to management.
