We’re hiring: HR General Services Coordinator
Are you passionate about human resources, skilled at optimizing organizational processes, and experienced in managing essential general services? If so, this exciting opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!
Location:Douala, Cameroon
Type:Full-time
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Develop and implement employee wellness programs to boost staff engagement.
- Manage and monitor staff leave records.
- Coordinate organizational logistics, including onboarding, personnel management, vehicle fleet, and travel arrangements.
- Enforce safety standards and procedures.
- Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring optimal space usage, cleanliness, security, and functionality.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, materials, furniture, and equipment.
- Ensure subcontractors deliver high-quality services and maintain standards for purchased items.
- Supervise mail, courier services, drivers, security personnel, and cleaning staff efficiently.
- Administer employee benefits and HR processes, and effectively communicate HR policies.
- Oversee training programs to enhance skill development and employee performance.
- Manage payroll operations.
- Administer the performance evaluation system for staff.
- Lead recruitment processes, including for employees and interns, and oversee terminations and retirements.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and effective communication standards.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- A university degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
