Position Overview:
The Entry-Level Sales Administrator will provide vital support to our sales department by assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining sales records, processing orders, and handling communication with clients. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations, contribute to customer satisfaction, and gain valuable experience in sales and business administration.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of sales quotes, order forms, and customer agreements.
- Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries and providing basic product/service information.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in our CRM system.
- Process and track customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and send follow-up emails, thank you notes, and other communications to clients.
- Help organize and schedule meetings or sales calls for the sales team.
- Assist in creating sales reports and tracking sales performance.
- Manage filing and organization of sales-related documents and contracts.
- Support any additional administrative duties as required by the sales department.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required! This is an entry-level position.
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, and business administration.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
