Job Title: Community Manager Social Media Marketing Internship

Location: Remote - Cameroon
Job Type: Part-time Internship
Job Overview:
We
are seeking a passionate and skilled Community Manager/Social Media
Marketer to join our team at Dimel Tech and Tenezis AI. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our
online community, fostering engagement, and ensuring a positive
experience for all community members.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Community Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow the Tenezis AI community across various platforms (social media, forums, etc.).
  • Monitor community interactions and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback.
Content Creation:
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with the community, including social media content and blog posts.
  • Organize webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and other community events to foster interaction.
Community Building:
  • Identify and recruit community advocates and ambassadors to promote Tenezis AI.
  • Establish partnerships with relevant institutions, other organizations and communities to expand reach.
Outreach:
  • Engage in outreach activities to get leads for different products and services.
  • Organize and book necessary meetings with the engaged leads.
  • Evaluate and analyze the results.
  • Feedback and Reporting:
  • Gather community feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on community engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
Conflict Resolution:
  • Mediate discussions and resolve conflicts within the community to maintain a positive environment.
  • Implement community guidelines and ensure compliance.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and support teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop educational resources and FAQs.

Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum of an Advance Level Degree (preferably a Bachelor Degree Holder in any related field.)
  • Willingness to learn, improve and develop
  • No major experience required.
