Poste proposé : Construction Manager - Nord
We are recruiting a Construction Manager for one of our clients. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure the successful execution of the project. He/She will ensure compliance with design specifications, safety and quality standards, while leading teams and subcontractors to deliver the project within budget and deadlines.
Salary Range: 600,000 – 750,000
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements.
- Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare regular progress reports.
- Anticipate and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Construction Manager - Nord
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree (Bac+5 / MSc) in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines (BTP).
- Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is an advantage.
