Role Overview
Position: Africa Sales Executive / Officer
Experience: 2+ years in B2C sales
Region: Africa (Cameroon)
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
Key Objective: Generate revenue through conversions, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and maintain lead-to-sale efficiency.

Key Objective: Generate revenue through conversions, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and maintain lead-to-sale efficiency.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Handle inbound/outbound leads from Africa-based prospects
- Counsel and convert leads for immigration programs as per training
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to onboarding
- Maintain CRM hygiene and follow ups as per company policy
- Work with marketing and operations for cross-functional efficiency
- Meet monthly KPIs (targets, follow-up ratio, closure rate, etc.)
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales preferably in Service Industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication skills in French ( Basic or Fluent English speaking skills would be an asset )
- Familiarity with African markets, buying behavior, and regional challenges
- Must be a graduate from a recognized university
