- Position: UX/UI Designer
- Location: Yaoundé / Remote work possible
- Contract type: [Permanent contract / Fixed-term contract / Freelance]
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Analyze user needs through interviews, surveys, or tests.
- Design information architecture and user journeys.
- Create wireframes and functional prototypes (low-fi, high-fi).
- Create graphical user interfaces (UI) in accordance with graphic guidelines and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure faithful integration of mock-ups.
- Set up user tests to validate ergonomics and improve the experience.
- Optimise accessibility and multi-device compatibility (responsive design).
- Social media management.
- Creation of showcase websites, e-commerce sites, and newsletters.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Skills in web ergonomics, design thinking, and accessibility
- Strong graphic design skills and a developed sense of aesthetics
- Knowledge of front-end languages (HTML/CSS)
- Knowledge of CMS (WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop)
- Proficiency in user testing and behavioral analysis
- Good listening skills, analytical mind, creativity
- Attention to detail and rigor in execution
