Education Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a buyer / purchaser
Skills
 Strong research skills
 Analytical skills
 Ability to negociate contracts
 Strong Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel

Roles and Responsibilities
 Collaborate with the team to understand the needs of the company
 Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
 Continuous research to find suppliers and vendors that meet the goals of the
company
 Find suppliers that have certain certifications, accreditation, and insurance, along
with a steady stream of materials that fit within budget restraints
 Find and propose new products that fits company strategy and costumer needs to
ensure turnover increase
 Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best prices are provided at all time
 Negotiate with supplier to ensure benefits of promotional campaings are received
 Cautiously monitor the market changes and propose changes required to be made
 Ensure partners continue to meet company needs
 Collect and analyze data to ensure the company is purchasing best items to meet
company expectation and remains market competitiveness etc …
